Role
BGI managed the project in roles as PM / CM / QA of cable and equipment placement in the tunnels, underground, satellite antennas, substations, and in the vehicles, which include trains and buses.
Project Details
BGI in partnership with Harris Communications managed the installation of equipment for the Radio Communications Upgrade of existing services on its trains and buses for the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Authority. BGI managed the installation of equipment, quality control, safety protocols, and the meeting of code requirements. Field visits, inspections, administering the quality control program with the construction contractors, and completeness and compliance with the Contract requirements, and Construction Management Procedures (CMP’s). Prepared reports and punch-list items related to substantial and final completion of the work.
