Mission Bay Block 3E is an affordable housing development for 101 units for veterans and families in San Francisco. The project building area is 128,000 square feet in three buildings. The unit mix includes 50 one-bedroom apartments, and 51 two, and three-bedroom apartments. The ground floor amenities include community room, multipurpose room, bike and car parking, laundry, and computer room, and offices. The building will have a two-level central courtyard open space approximately 15,700 square feet.
